MYSTERY ARTIST ADVENTURE CONTEST RULES...CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD ENTRY FORM
Must be at least 18 years of age to enter and or win. Only one entry per person. Entry must be submitted on Official Contest Entry Form available at participating business and on-line at www.joyfm881.com. Qualifying form must list the proper name of each weekly “Mystery Artist” for all five weeks from June 30th through August 1st, 2008. Completed forms must be received by Friday, August 8th at 5:00pm. If more than one form is submitted that has all five artists correctly identified, a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries to determine winner. Prize is a trip for two to the National Quartet Convention Bus Trip sponsored by Joy-FM Radio. Trip leaves 9/11/08 and returns 9/14/08, and includes deluxe roundtrip motorcoach transportation, accomodations at the Galt House in Louisville, KY, and tickets to afternoon showcases and evening concerts. Meals are not included, and this package is valued at $1,000.00. Trip agenda is subject to change at any time necessary by Joy-FM and other restrictions may apply. All contest decisions by Joy-FM are final.
