In an attempt to keep you informed on the operating procedures at JoyFM, this page contains information we keep in the public file. The public file is a collection of rules and procedures that we follow in our day-to-day operations that affect our service. For example, below you will find the criteria for our contests.
Anyone may participate in a JoyFM contest except for JoyFM employees, his or her family members, or affiliates of the station. This does not include volunteers. Only one winner per household is allowed for any contest. Winning households are not allowed to participate in another contest or win another prize for 60 days. A winner's list is maintained in the studios of JoyFM for winner eligibility verification.
Prizes are mailed every Friday from the offices of JoyFM. Prizes may also be picked up during normal business hours 8:30am – 5:00pm. In the prize package, winners are notified about their next eligibility date. JoyFM reserves the right to limit or to disqualify anyone in accordance with our policies before prizes are sent out.Prizes returned because of address errors will be returned to the prize vault. Winners should make sure they provide accurate and current information as well as telephone numbers.
